Temple of Restoration Outreach Ministries is a melting pot of dedicated believers who represents Jesus Christ through faith, love, and commitment to one another and to the world. We are committed to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our generation; whether it’s from the pulpit, in the streets or on a cyber platform. We believe in worshipping the Lord in spirit and in truth, which will create an atmosphere of change for all cultures.
We invite you as our special guest to our worship services. The atmosphere of expectation is the breeding ground for a miracle. Come expecting miracles and you will receive it.

Samora Palmer is the Senior Pastor of Temple of Restoration Outreach Ministries. He is also husband to Prophetess Sarah Palmer and the father of two beautiful children. He was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, at 17 years old he answered the call to serve the Lord, attending Truth Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, under the leadership of Bishop Windell Rankine.
At the age of 21, he migrated to the united states, still having the Lord on his mind, Pastor Palmer attended Oneness Apostolic Church, where he was a choir member, praise and worship Leader and youth president.
In 2004, Pastor Palmer met Sarah and in 2005, they became husband and wife, attending Faith Apostolic Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Donald W. Wright, the Palmers were committed members. Prophetess Sarah Palmer was a Minister of the Word Preaching alongside Pastor Wright as they strengthen the Local church through the word of the Lord. Prophetess Palmer also held the position as the assistant youth president in the youth department.
On August 8th, 2013 Pastor Palmer and Evangelist Palmer were ordained Elders in the Tabernacle of Prayer For All People, by Apostle Lawrence Bogier Jr, and Pastor Nicolas Haywood Williams.
While proudly serving in the local church as Elders, Pastor and Evangelist Palmer received the call. In 2016, Pastor and evangelist Palmer accepted the call to Lead as Servants and Leaders. Elder Samora Palmer was ordained as a Pastor/Overseer in April of 2016, by Apostle Jessie Sutton D.D. He now serves as the senior Pastor of Temple of Restoration Outreach Ministries Inc.
